BIM Engineer

We are looking for a skilled BIM Engineer with 2–3 years of experience and strong BIM knowledge to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing BIM models in line with project requirements and global standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clash-free and well-integrated models
• Prepare drawings, documentation, and schedules from BIM models
• Follow BIM standards, workflows, and project guidelines
• Participate in model reviews and coordination meetings
• Ensure data accuracy and proper model organization

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in BIM-related roles
• Strong knowledge of BIM processes and workflows
• Proficiency in tools like Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
• Basic understanding of clash detection and coordination
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Knowledge of international BIM standards (RIBA, AIA, etc.)
• Experience in multi-disciplinary project coordination
